6. References may or may not be written in the resume. But if it is not written, always make sure to have one copy that will be given to the employers. This is a crucial thing that every applicant should have. References can help the applicants gain points if the people they wrote in it will give positive feedback. Employers mostly call and talk for the people written in the references to evaluate the applicant.

There are still a lot of things that can be written in a resume to make it more attractive. But applicants must only put the honest and most relevant details in their resume and never overdue it.
